Rose at 06:15 and away by 07:45. Soon off of the beach and onto the track again. Met up with a lorry which had stopped for the night and followed him through the dunes.He got stuck once but we didn't. Made good time through the dunes, far better than if we had been looking for the track ourselves. Met a 2nd lorry mending a puncture. Our lorry stopped for breakfast and we continued on until 13:00 when we stopped for lunch by the sea.{ Tarfaya believed to be about 20 miles away}. Saw Tarfaya about 2 miles after lunch stop but took about 90 minutes to reach due to incorrect circum-navigation of sand dunes.
Got exit permits OK and had tea with one of the young men in the customs office.
Bought 4 loaves and some dates in the market& left at 18:00. Got back to the "No Entry" sign & camped a further 2 miles along road to border (Spanish Sahara).A lorry driver gave us a water melon. Slept in L/R. Very windy and
lots of rattles.
