Cloudy, heavy rain overnight.Loaded film cassettes until lunch time.
Went swimming with Eddie Carlton from the Wirral and Alieu (photographer).
Had drink at Cape Club where Mo's sister and her husband met us.They invited us out for the evening.
Went to the cinema to see "To Sir with Love" and then had meal at Cape Restaurant. Went to the Casino and watched. Very posh. People playing with money which has no real value to them. The amounts played with are fairly small but doubtless they cannot really afford it or else they wou;d play elsewhere with higher stakes.
A lot of government ministers present drinking and playing. Minister of Education, Trade and Industry, the Manager of Bank of Sierra Leone who invited us to visit his Bank on Wednesday 8 Oct at 11:30.
