A hard days travel over very rough track Rose at 06:00 and away by 08:00 after
turning rear rubber damper around. Met a lot of lorries and travelled through a Ford. Climbed the first sand dune we came to. Whilst up there a party of French people went by in an old army lorry, a Peugeot, a Citroen and two jeeps one with a trailer and one being towed. Shortly after we got slightly lost in the dunes,but then made good ground along the beach until we camped for the night on a ledge of the cliff.
